- Send messages that violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or equivalent telemarketing and anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction.
- Send or generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse contact data obtained through the Service.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including through AI-generated content.
3. Consent for Your Contacts
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper, lawful consent from every contact you message through the Service, whether by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or voice call. is not responsible for verifying consent on your behalf.
4. AI Feature Usage
AI-assisted content generation features must not be used to create illegal, deceptive, or infringing content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before use.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice, at our discretion.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this AUP, please report it through our Support page.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
